CRUNX SERIES

CRUNX is a machine Series designed for Crunching & Dosing frozen fruits & vegetables in various shapes and sizes.  At the end of the process, the product is ready and dosed for the Extraction or other downstream plants.

CRUNX is available in two different models: Delta and Gamma. Both models are designed for crunching and dosing the product but they are basically different in terms of type of frozen product that can be used as a feeding.

The function of the CRUNX Series is to break apart the IQF or Frozen Puree and dose the frozen product direct to the transport system.  CRUNX Series can accept frozen products in various sizes and dimensions for maximum flexibility in terms of containers, shapes and size.  The CRUNX Series is composed of a retaining body made out of stainless steel AISI 304.  Two toothed rollers made out of stainless steel AISI 304 driven by external motor-gearboxes are installed inside the body.

DELTA CRUNX- (IQF OR FROZEN PUREE IN BOXES AND DRUMS)

The Delta CRUNX is designed to process IQF Blocks, Rolling Drums, or Frozen Slabs of Fruits & Vegetables.  The Delta CRUNX can produce a rough frozen Puree that can be utilized downstream for Extraction, Refining, and Blending Thermal Treatment.  The Delta CRUNX can accept frozen products in various sizes and dimensions for maximum flexibility in terms of containers, shapes, and sizes.  A single Delta CRUNX can be adjustable to handle up to 8 tons per hour but also has the ability to be set up to handle lower levels with 2, 4, or 6 tons per hour.  This system can also be equipped with the Dumper for Drums.

Delta CRUNX is available in three versions.

DELTA SA CRUNX

This is a standalone version and its function is grinding the puree blocks or breaking apart the IQF and dose the frozen product direct to the transport system while maintaining high flexibility for products and sizes.

DELTA PG CRUNX (FOR FROZEN PUREE PRODUCTS ONLY)

The Delta CRUNX coupled with a pumping group which allows you to transfer the still frozen puree product to the downstream plant.  Its function is grinding the puree blocks and dose the frozen product direct to the downstream plant while maintaining high flexibility for products and sizes.

DELTA PG CRUNX CIP READY

This is a Delta PG CRUNX coupled with full CIP.

GAMMA CRUNX- (GAMMA CRUNX HANDLES IQF IN DRUMS AND TOTES)

The Gamma CRUNX is a crunching and dosing system for loose IQF and Frozen Blocks of IQF.  The Gamma CRUNX is manufactured in a model 24 that can handle up to 6 tons per hour and model 48 that can handle up to 10 tons per hour capacity. The Gamma CRUNX can also be equipped with a dumper for Totes and Drums.
